On match day, the gift(s) you make to any of the participating nonprofit organizations will have a bigger impact!
Your donation will go directly into the organization's fund with the community foundation. The organization will receive a prorated match (out of the $35,000 available in match day money) on your gift that they can use where they need it the most!
Some organizations choose to let this money remain in their fund. Some will use a portion of the money for immediate operating needs.
Either way, you can feel good knowing your gift has made a bigger, more positive difference for that charity!
